As a, Tasmanian owned and operated family-based business, Millingtons needed a concept that would achieve results within budget constraints.

The emotional message was so important, however, that we were not willing to compromise on the quality of the product. We needed to achieve a high level of emotion, ensuring a genuineness in the message of caring and a connection with our community. The resulting campaign is so honest and heart felt, it has virtually turned funeral advertising on its head.

As well as increasing our market share from 50% to about 60%, this powerful campaign has touched the hearts of every member of our staff.
