When summer rolls along, it’s time for the Red Herring catalogue. But how could we make it more relevant to Red Herring’s customers?

We set about creating a genuine relationship with customers by recruiting real people to be in the catalogue – and then displaying them as they embraced what’s great about the Tasmanian lifestyle. The end result is a catalogue that is not only a powerful selling tool, but also a poignant snapshot of Tasmania’s youth culture.

We’re stoked! In a declining retail market, we increased our market share in both the pre‐Christmas and back‐to‐school period.
